After trying 20+ ATMs, I’ve only found 2 ATMs that offer tap-to-withdraw in Tirana. (For things like phone debit cards, or tap only debit cards. I’m writing this for those that may not have a physical card to insert into ATMs.)
The ones I found that work for tap are both from Raiffeisen bank, and thus have hefty 800 Lek fees per transaction.
Option 1: Blloku (Google Maps Link)
This option is just a few blocks from Hana Corner cafe and the Pyramid.
Option 2: Toward the Ring Center (Google Maps link)
This one might be a bit more challenging to get to, depending on where you’re staying.
And there you have it! These are the only 2 ATMs in Tirana I’ve found with Tap to Pay/Contactless Cash Withdrawal. I’ll keep trying more, and please let me know if you find any that work!
