My recent visit to this charming establishment left me thoroughly impressed, from the impeccable service to the exquisite dishes that graced my table.

It felt like the perfect spot for a posh family dinner or a refined get-together. (Or even a casual business lunch.)

The fĂ«rgesĂ«, an Albanian clay pot dish, was incredible. I’ve had fĂ«rgesĂ« almost 3 times a week since moving to Tirana, and this is in the top 5. It featured a harmonious blend of red and green peppers, cottage cheese, onions, white goat cheese, tomatoes, red pepper, and sunflower oil. The dish was rich and flavorful, with a unique taste that was not overly spicy but rather a delightful medley of flavors. The fat from the cheese complemented the peppers beautifully, making it one of the best versions of this traditional dish I have ever tasted.
Quinoa Salad

More impressive for me was the quinoa salad, which included avocado, tricolor quinoa, mango, raspberry, lime, apple, and orange. (I didn’t know a quinoa salad could be this good!) The combination of ingredients was nothing short of spectacular. The acidity of the lime paired perfectly with the creamy avocado and the nutty quinoa, creating a balanced and refreshing dish. The presentation was impeccable, and the serving size was just right, making it one of the best quinoa salads I have ever had.
